Hey, I’m Lauren—a licensed therapist turned astrology life coach. I help people clear emotional blocks, reconnect with their purpose, and step into a life that actually feels good—through astrology, trauma-informed coaching, and intuitive guidance.

With a Master’s in Social Work and years of experience in the therapy world, I’ve supported people through burnout, identity shifts, and those big “what now?” moments. Astrology gave me a way to name what we feel but don’t always understand.
