Every Thursday 4pst/7est, we will gather live as a group. This is your processing opportunity ... the place to bring the downloads you had during the week, the patterns you saw in your chart, and the breakthroughs occurring for you, including the uncomfortable stuff.
I am here to facilitate, and together, we will support it all.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ll be weaving in therapeutic tools like somatic practices, EFT, IFS-informed frameworks, and rituals so that what surfaces in your chart doesn't just stay in your head, but instead has a chance to move through your body to integrate.
This is what allows real change to happen in you… and in your reality.

Lectures
Lecture 1: How Astrology Actually Works - You'll gain a deep understanding of, and be able to explain, the history and mechanics of Western Astrology (even to skeptics).

Lecture 2: The Neuroscience Behind Your Chart - You'll understand why trauma-informed astrology works, and why it matters for healing - both your own healing, and the healing of others around you, such as clients and patients.

Lecture 3: The 12 signs as Psychological Patterns - All the way from the Shadow to empowered, embodied expression, you'll learn the real story of consciousness.

Lecture 4: Polarities & Modalities - Helps you finally understand why your chart feels like you, and not just a list of placements.
​
Lecture 5: The 12 Houses - These are where your patterns actually play out; it's basically the astrological 'stage', metaphorically speaking! These indicate what areas of life are calling for your attention and in which ways.

Lecture 6: The Planets as Inner Parts - Meet the parts of your psyche. Learn to understand why you behave the way you do and which inner parts of you might need more support.

Lecture 7: Karmic Placements & Your Deepest Wounds - You'll walk away knowing where your greatest power lives, as well as why your soul came into this particular life on Earth... at this exact time in history.

Lecture 8: Aspects (The Story of Your Soul) - You'll learn about how your inner parts interact and talk to each other. Your conflicts, your strengths, your lessons, and how to move through them, including how to discern which types of support might be helpful to offer the parts of your inner self you learned about in Lecture 6.

Lectures 9 & 10: Technical Astrology - These two lectures fit neatly together and discuss more specialized astrology knowledge, such as dignity, sect, rulership, and degree theory. This is what takes you from curious students to someone who can read any chart with confidence and precision.

Lecture 11: Pulling the Chart Story - Together your chart becomes an ecosystem, not merely a list of symbols. Here's where it gets exciting and you really start putting together your knowledge and intuition.

Lecture 12: Transits (Understand the Seasons of Your Life) - Now that you know your own chart, you'll begin to understand what each chapter of your life is asking of you.
