Do I need any astrology background?
-No experience needed. Level 1 was designed for beginners and builds step by step, starting with the foundations and moving at a pace that supports real understanding.

Is this live or self-paced?
-All lessons are self-paced and pre-recorded, so you can move through the course on your own time and return to lessons whenever you need.

What if I fall behind?
-You can’t.

What’s a Study Table?
-Think of it as monthly “office hours” with me.
No matter when you purchase the course, you’ll receive an email each month with the live date. You can bring questions, a chart you’re curious about, or simply listen in. And if no one comes with questions, I’ll walk through live chart examples so there’s always something to learn

Will there be homework?
-There’s no formal homework, but each lecture includes handouts, reflection questions, and study tips to help you apply what you’re learning in a grounded way.

-No. The tools I use and teach in this course are all free.

Trauma-informed astrology teaches you how to meet every part of yourself (and others) without judgment. You’ll learn how to hold space for big emotions, regulate when something feels activating, and recognize patterns with compassion rather than shame.
